Plushies, premium fishballs, and the ultimate YTF party! 🍢✨

Had the absolute best time hosting the DoDo Seafood Treats Roadshow! We took interactive to a whole new level, where customers got to channel their inner chef and build their dream Yong Tau Foo bowl using the cutest, custom-made DODO plushies. 🧸❤️

Children’s Cancer Foundation Walk of Hope 2026 ✨
Every step tells a story. 💛

It was especially meaningful to be part of an event that brings people together to show support for children and families affected by childhood cancer.

This year’s theme, “Every Step Tells a Story”, was a beautiful reminder that every step can bring hope, strength and encouragement.

Grateful to be part of this meaningful journey. ❤️

Had the honour of volunteering as an emcee alongside my former SAFRA Radio colleague, JK , for Children’s Cancer Foundation’s Walk of Hope 2026.

Not only did we have CCF Patron, SPS Eric Chua grace the event, we also welcomed DPM Gan Kim Yong and all four other Punggol Grassroots Advisers - SMS Dr Janil Puthucheary , SMS Ms Sun Xue Ling, Ms Wan Ling Yeo and Mr Anginel Pa 💖 .

Hosting 3M Experience Day 🎤✨

The event started right after lunch… which means my first mission as emcee was not just to welcome everyone, but to fight the post-lunch food coma. 😂

And boy… was the crowd shy! 👀
So I pushed a little harder, asked for louder responses, and slowly but surely… we got there!

One of my favourite moments? Getting everyone to shout “MAKE MORE MONEY!” together, even though I later had to confess that 3M actually stands for Minnesota Mining & Manufacturing. 🤣

And honestly, that’s one of my favourite parts of hosting corporate events: taking a room that starts off quiet… and turning it into a room that responds, laughs and plays along.

Thank you, 3M , for letting me bring the energy to Excellence in the Making and for giving me a crowd that eventually gave it right back! 🙌🎤

Now… who wants to hire me before I start saying “MAKE MORE MONEY!” again? 😂

Some stages are bigger than the spotlight. 💛

Yesterday, I had the privilege of volunteering as an emcee for Hair for Hope 2026, standing alongside fellow emcee Richardo to open an event that is so much bigger than all of us.

One of the most moving moments was witnessing CCF Patron Minister Eric Chua Eric Chua and Minister Jeffrey Siow Jeffrey Siow shave the heads of two brave shavees — a powerful reminder that solidarity isn’t just spoken, it’s shown through action.

This year’s theme, “This Is Our Shared Journey,” couldn’t be more fitting.

Because childhood cancer isn’t a journey that children and their families should walk alone. It takes caregivers, volunteers, donors, partners, and an entire community choosing to stand together, one act of kindness at a time.

Being on stage yesterday wasn’t just about introducing programmes or welcoming guests. It was about lending my voice to a cause that deserves to be heard.

Today marks Day 2 of Hair for Hope. If you’re able to, come by, show your support, cheer on the shavees, make a donation, or simply start a conversation about childhood cancer. Every gesture matters.

Because this isn’t just their journey. This is our shared journey. 💛
