A day of learning, sharing & culinary insights. ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿณโœจ

We were pleased to welcome students from Ritsumeikan University ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ต to the 3Embers kitchen as part of their Gastronomic Study Project, giving them an inside look into Singaporeโ€™s catering and culinary industry ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฌ.

The visit included a presentation and sharing session led by our Managing Director, Ryan, and Sales Director, Jerry, covering our approach to catering, operations, menu development and the realities of running a culinary business in Singapore.

It was a meaningful opportunity to share our experiences and give the students a closer look at what happens behind the scenes of a catering business.
