Having done so many insurance awards nights over the years, our team start to have the principle that when we are appointed to run the event, we hold the responsibility to make sure that every single winner, qualifier feels that they are truly recognised for their efforts and success. It is not only about the moment they step up on stage, it is in every single detail from how the photos are placed on the winners gallery, insta-worthy photo/video opportunities built up all around the venue and of course, a smooth, efficient and enjoyable programme, achieved through a combination of clear stage management, accurate show-calling, timely operations by the AV engineers, photographer and videographer teams.

This is not easy to achieve, though it looks really easy on the ground. It is through years of honing our SOPs, working with a stable team from stage to console, everyone familiar with their own duties and how the rest of the team operates.

Thanks to the SFA team for the trust and understanding throughout the planning process to completion of the gala! We look forward to a bigger, better and greater SFA Gala in 2027!

A company's success is truly defined by its people, and Busways exemplifies this belief wholeheartedly. As they celebrate their 20th Anniversary, a milestones wall has been created to tell the inspiring story of their founder, Mr. Sunny Chong.

During the celebrations, numerous awards were presented to dedicated staff, outstanding business partners, and loyal suppliers. This reflects the company's belief that success is a shared journey, made possible by the efforts of a remarkable team.

Congratulations to Mr. Sunny Chong and Busways. We look forward to many more celebrations, not just for anniversaries but for the key milestones ahead.

Pitching started in October last year and we started work in December! It has been a full five months of action, including several photo shoots, video shoots for over 200 advisers. Weekly meetings with a lot of decision making as we were pushing several new ideas and methods that hasn't been done before!

The journey hasn't been without its hiccups but the eventual dinner was organised to roaring success with many good reviews from management and the guests themselves!

This feels good, because we thrive at making these complicated programmes look like child's play, flawless tech crew and a super dedicated stage management team!

Congrats to all the winners and kudos to the committee for pulling off yet another successful awards night!

Festive giving is here for Chinese New Year!

We continue our tradition of visiting clients with CNY goodies to express our sincere appreciation.

In 2025, we will form new partnerships with this client, expanding our collaboration to seven departments for events. This means more boxes to deliver, and our great trolley will be put to good use!

Our level of experience, expertise in running large scale dinners and creative design is challenged here. We started working on this event just about one month before the event date and successfully delivered! Right from the kick off, we are also blessed with a committee that is aligned in their event objectives and we had full trust from them to execute the proposed plan. We are thankful to be part of the journey and most of all, to witness the absolutely most amazing ‘Best Dressed Teams’ in the last 10 years!
