Party Master is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our growing event business. If you’re organized, responsible, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

✨ Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare quotations, invoices & event documents
• Coordinate schedules, meetings & team logistics
• Manage customer enquiries and follow-ups
• Maintain company records and filing systems
• Support event operations and project coordination
• General administrative duties

✅ Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Organized, responsible & able to multitask
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Prior admin or event industry experience is a bonus
