The ASEAN Yacht Charter Framework Panel will be unmissable at the SEAYC 2026.

Using the Thai charter license as a case study, this session provides data and insights to the license as well looks at whether similar frameworks can be adopted across the region, and how digital processes can simplify compliance, making it easier for governments to support and scale charter licensing across Asia.

Mike Sager from Ankor will be leading the panel as moderator with panelist from different countries in Southeast Asia including the representative from the Thai Yachting Business Association
