JOB SCOPE
- Source for Clients to engage our service to clean vacant showrooms
- Maintain harmonious relationship with current clients
- Build up new client base
- Follow through sales leads
- Ensure interest of both companies and clients are met
- Fully responsible for client satisfaction

PRE- REQUISITES
- Minimum 'O' Levels or 3 years of liasing with developers sales experiences
- Pro-Active and Self-motivated
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to face complex situations and thoughts and express them into simple concepts
- Preferably proficient in English and Chinese written and spoken

• Working Hours : 9am to 5pm
• Basic Salary Provided + Commission
• $2,000 to $6,000

Responsibilities:
• Products & services presentations
• Develop new customers
• Building rapport and develop good customer relationship
• Good Communication & interpersonal skills
• Respond to customers, enquiries, quotation, follow up to client on co's services

Requirement:
• Singaporean, PR or Malaysian are Welcome
• 'O' Level, SPM with 5 credits
• Ambitious individuals
• Good communications skill in both oral and written
• Good teamwork spirit, proactive and willingness to learn
• Must be independent, self-motivated and comfortable meeting people
• Can start work within short notice
