Here, you see our Seniors enjoying a well-deserved bottle of YAKULT, the World’s Premium Probiotic Drink, after exercises conducted at the Chinese Gardens within the Jurong Lake Park recently.

We would like to thank Yakult Singapore for their support. Active Radiant Life has been providing Yakult to Seniors in our Park Strolls and Wellness Talks, since we commenced operations. We look forward to a long-term partnership.

NATURE FITNESS STROLL AT SUNGEI BULOH WETLAND RESERVE

Over 25 Seniors from SASCO Khatib recently embarked on an enriching excursion to Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve, guided by Active Radiant Life. The group explored the lush biodiversity of the nature reserve, learning about its unique ecosystems and diverse wildlife.

The seniors enjoyed a relaxing yet educational day, immersed in the beauty of the mangroves, mudflats, and rich birdlife. The outing not only fostered a deeper connection with nature but also provided a refreshing and active experience for the seniors, promoting both physical well-being and mental engagement in a serene environment.
