HISTORY OF SELERA MENANTI
Selera Menanti has been in food business since 1993. It was first opened in a small stall in one of the vernacular shop houses in Balestier. Serving Malay Cuisines for breakfast, Selera Menanti has won many of its customers’ hearts with its famous Mee Rebus. In year 1999, Selera Menanti moved to Wet Market Hawker Centre in Marsiling and served more varieties of dishes fo
r breakfast. Its new dishes, Laksa Chap (Laksa Siglap), Lontong Kering, Nasi Rawon, Nasi Sambal Goreng and Nasi Ambeng have also become famous over the years. Selera Menanti also caters for small functions upon request by its customers and has ensured to constantly maintain its food quality. Due to many requests, Selera Menanti is expanding its business to cater for corporate functions, events and weddings. Selera Menanti created its new branding D’ Selera Menanti as its affiliated business to continue growing as a reputable caterer.
