The Eden that started it all in their home 🍂

The very first piece she commissioned from us — a custom lifelike silk Eden for her dining table, made to be seen from every angle.

Autumn tones, but with a twist:
One side softer and romantic with maple leaves, mauve tones, and dancing airy elements.
The other — bold, moody, and rich with peonies and structured textures.

A celebration of contrast, just like the season it was inspired by.
Autumn reminds us: beauty doesn’t only live in the new — it’s also in the slow, the quiet, the deeply lived.
This piece was designed to echo that rhythm — a visual invitation to pause, reflect, and switch up the view when you’re ready.

And yes — it now sits perfectly with the preserved autumn piece her husband surprised her with in our last post. A story continuing in layers. 🧡

An Eden for someone I’ve known since we were teens — what an honour to flower this chapter of your life. 🤍

I still remember the beginning of their love story: from stories of her shy girl crush moments to late-night chill sessions after their badminton class — slowly, your story unfolded, and he was introduced to all of us.

The first bouquet I ever made for her?
White hydrangeas — sent by him, back when The Bloomish Eden had just begun. And now, we’ve come full circle — watching her walk down the aisle with that very same boy, Eden in hand. 🥹

The chillest bride with just one request: hydrangeas, of course. Everything else came from the quiet cues she didn’t realise she was giving — the soft ombré of her favourite evening gown, fading from ivory to navy adorned with floral embroidery. A nod to “something blue” and the groom’s favourite colour (a detail lovingly shared by her mum).

This bouquet mirrors that gentle transition —
built from deep indigo hydrangeas, pastel tweedia, ivory jasmine, and the sculptural curves of curcuma blooms.
Each stem growing up organically into the space of their love, just like how they held space beautifully for one another through their differences: Quietly. Steadily. Intentionally.

A bouquet that tells a story —
Rooted in friendship, grown in love, and now held in her hands as she steps into forever.

It’s been a while since we created a palette this soft and romantic — but for her, it felt just right.

Blush-toned mums, n**e anthuriums, light airy blooms…a gentle breath of love and quiet gratitude.
All grounded by deep burgundy scabiosa —
a nod to the strength of a woman becoming a mother,
growing into a new role with so much grace and grit.

Started Mother’s Day early with this ethereal everlasting Eden for — a gift from her bestie, who simply sent over her profile and said, “I trust you.”

So we created from the heart — something sculptural, gentle, quietly strong. Inspired by the aesthetics of her feed & the women who raised us, walk beside us, and cheer us on.

𝗔 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱.

For Eileen & De Sheng’s tea ceremony, we reimagined their living room into an immersive summer garden — one that felt painterly, personal, and quietly celebratory.

Their only brief? Colourful and filled with joy.
So we began with something already dear to them — the large rice field painting hanging above their dining area, a piece they brought home from their travels in Bali.

That artwork became our anchor — for colour, texture, and feeling.
We intentionally chose lifelike silk floral ingredients that echoed the wild grasses, golden fields, and painterly pockets of orange and violet — florals that could feel like 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺’𝘥 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘴𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘦.

Everything was staged organically, right on the floor. No backdrop, no artificial frame — just blooms rising softly from the ground to shape the space for heartfelt moments and family portraits.

And if you look closely… you might just spot their playful lil’ one, Tofu, who spent the morning darting in and out of the grasses, swatting petals mid-flight, and eventually took her grand nap right in the florals. She even missed part of the ceremony — no treats could coax her out 🐾🌾

So… tiny confession 🌚
In true late-night florist fashion, I said the launch was on Saturday.

It’s actually this Sunday.
(Proof that pulling all-nighters and obsessing over every bloom does wonders for the heart — slightly less for the calendar 😅)

But maybe that’s poetic.

Because this wasn’t a quick update.
It’s been two years since we last reworked our wedding process —
and I’ve felt every root stretch, settle, and deepen since.

What started as a quiet intention became a full rebuild.
Because the truth is: most couples don’t just want beautiful flowers.
They want to feel seen.
They want clarity without the overwhelm.
They want space to breathe, reflect, and dream a little.
So we set out to create that —
streamlining the noise, softening the process,
and shaping a space where couples can truly settle in
and discover how they’d like their story to be told.

So this is where we began. Again.
Late nights. Scribbled notes.
Yoshi (who is small enough to fit on my desk) and firmly believes my hand is the perfect bed. 😂

It’s been a full and beautiful month behind the scenes 🌿
And I thought I’d start with one of the highlights:
✨ One of my closest friends got married.

It was intimate, meaningful, and so them —
From the people they chose to be there, to the place where their story first began (yes, that’s the actual MRT station where they met. Bonus points for the iconic thumbs up à la SMRT corporate shoots 🤭).

I had the honour of celebrating their love in their own space, with Luxe Lifelike Silk florals — designed to feel real, just like their connection.

More from their day soon.
But in the midst of moments like these, we’ve also been quietly growing something else.

Over the past two years, after walking with so many wonderful brides-to-be — listening to their stories, witnessing their planning journeys, and holding space for their hopes and hesitations —
this has been something long overdue.

Valentine’s Day may have wound down, but we’re still riding high on all the love we’ve received from you all. Thank you so much for trusting us with your most special moments— whether you were surprising someone with flowers or treating yourself, it means the world to us to have our Edens in your space. 💖

After a few weeks of non-stop blooming and crafting, we’re finally taking a little breather tomorrow (because let’s be real, we need it!). But before we rest, we just wanted to say how much we appreciate all the support and love.

Flowers, to us, signify many-a-things: joy, comfort and love. We strive to be that bridge that helps you express your emotions to kins and lovers alike. No two souls are alike and no two stories are the same. We believe in embracing every single detail that makes your story. Authenticity and sincerity are two values we buzz hard to bring into our conversations with flowers and you.

Although The Bloomish Eden had its humble beginnings in 2018, Michelle started dabbling with flowers early on. The journey was long and not without frustrations, but the fruit was bountiful and beautiful. From gifting bunches of love grass from the fields to her mum, to crafting little bouquets for her friends and family on special occasions, you could say she started her informal training right then.
