Hello all! We've been missing in action for a very long time! We'll be sourcing for new venues for flea events soon! Stay tune! Meanwhile, any suggestions for locations? Cheers! xx.

Dear vendors, recently, there has been cases where some vendors had accused that FF 'replies SUPER FAST before the flea booking and after that, we forgot who our clients are'.

However, we would like to clarify on the above issue;

1. FF would not forget who our clients are with every SMS-es and emails exchanged, and we try to remember all our vendors names so that we can get to know you more during the flea event.

2. Appreciate the kind words that FF does reply 'SUPER FAST' on queries because we would hope all vendors can get their doubts cleared and get the information they want ASAP. However, with other commitments, we do take a few hours but never more than 24 hours to reply all our vendors.

3. After vendors had made their payment, we appreciate their prompt replies and payment but again, with commitments, we sometimes take a few hours but not more than 24 hours to verify the payments.

For those whom had participated FF events before, we are sure that the above issue mentioned had never occur to our fellow vendors before. We would also like to seek the understanding of vendors that we also need our regular night sleep and does not wake as early as 6.30am to pick up your calls.

Dear all, due to unforeseen circumstances, the flea event @ Substation will be cancelled for tomorrow and 10th! We are in the midst of refunding all our vendors.

Apologies for the last minute changes and we are sending out emails to all our vendors now for the their bank account details for refunds.

Once again, apologies and appreciate your kind understanding!
