When was the last time you were grateful for something in your life? If it has been more than 24 hours, it is time to appreciate!
Perhaps a moment you thought nothing of but actually made you smile. Like catching the bus or MRT. It could be the people in your life who support you. It could be a small area of growth - finally nailing that note in the song you've been practising. Or simply having access to basic necessities which we take for granted.
Why? Because when our minds are focused on these things instead of complaining, comparing or thinking we deserve more, it reduces the cortisol in our brain and boy do we that!
We completed our first round of the ikigai workshops in early May and I am so grateful for the people who took time to journey with me on my pilot. I will be starting another round once I get another 2-3 participants. If you are interested please DM me!
