We are currently seeking an Event Coordinator to assist in our small and large events. Our events occur both on and off site, in Singapore as well as oversea, and the Event Coordinator will have the responsibility to work with the event manager to manage all events for the organization.- Assist in design, ex*****on, maintenance and reporting of marketing campaigns.- Manage the contest management system.- Assist in event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits.- Liaise with partners and management team to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction- Assist to organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as tours, coordination with restaurants, decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc. with the event company- Work closely with the Marketing team to promote and publicize event- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
