Miracle No. 3
Wednesday, without a doubt, our biggest operational challenge of the week.
From sunrise to nightfall, our team was deployed across NUS UTown, Suntec Singapore, the Medical Science Library, and Gardens by the Bay, ensuring every moving part came together seamlessly.
The day began with coach coordination for ITE and OCPA, while operations were already in full swing at Suntec, GBTB and UTown. As one team managed conference sessions and delegate services, another was setting up poster panels at the Medical Science Library. By afternoon, the focus shifted once againโtransforming Gardens by the Bay into the venue for the ICAR Conference Dinner.
Then came the logistics. Five buses transported delegates from UTown to Gardens by the Bay, while equipment and laptops were shuttled between Suntec and NUS. Every team member had a role, every movement was carefully timed, and every handoff had to be perfect.
As the evening unfolded, delegates enjoyed a memorable conference dinner against the stunning backdrop of Gardens by the Bayโa fitting end to an extraordinary day of behind-the-scenes coordination.
Three successful operations. One incredible team.
To everyone who planned, carried, coordinated, drove, registered, set up, packed down, and made the impossible look effortlessโthank you. This week was a testament to what teamwork, trust, and dedication can achieve.
Mission accomplished. ๐๐ช
