Dear Valued Customers,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of Yong’s Florist, effective from 26/5/23. We will no longer be able to supply fresh orchids thereafter. After two generations of being a family-run business, this decision was not an easy one, but it has become inevitable given the unfortunate circumstances that we have faced in the last three years.

As you all know, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a severe impact on businesses worldwide, and we were no exception. We tried our best to stay afloat, but the passing of my father, Mr Yeo Kee Yong, who founded the business, a year ago, was a devastating blow to us. We also faced difficulties in securing a stable supply of high-quality orchids post-pandemic, which we refused to compromise on the standards that we have set for ourselves.

We want to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to all of you for your unwavering support and loyalty throughout the years. And also to those who help us in one way or other.
We would not have come this far without your patronage, understanding, suppprt, help and encouragement, and we are deeply appreciative of that. We will always cherish the memories and relationships that we have built with you.

Although we are closing our doors, we remain committed to the floral business, and we will continue to explore new opportunities to serve you in the future. We promise to keep you informed should we decide to embark on a new phase of our journey.

Once again, thank you for your support and loyalty. It has been an honor to serve you!!

Celebrating the Year of the Pig has been a warm and rousing success. It's all due to the cumulative efforts of my godmother Mary, my parents, my mother-in-law and my 2 helpers. Not forgetting my hubby and my 2 awesome girls who've helped me out in one way another.
