The Sweet Bar and Decoration for your party
The Sweet Bar is a dream and a hobby come true for me. My name is Gergana, I am from Bulgaria, mother of two young children and I am extremely passionate about the beautiful. I believe that every person – adult or a child deserves the best. Therefore, through my baking and decoration skills I bring the customized unique and special moment into your occasion with my cakes, desserts and a beautiful decoration of your dessert table where you will take pictures and create memories until the rest of your life.
My other passion lies in good nutrition and healthy body and my cakes and sweets are made only with good or high-quality ingredients, no processed foods, reduced sugar content and I avoid artificial ingredients like food coloring as much as possible. My cakes are moist, rich flavored, filled with cream cheese-based fillings or high-quality chocolate ganache and I only use buttercream and tiny layers of fondant as finishing touches for the design.
