🍕 MEET THE JALAPEÑO GARLIC RICOTTA 🍕

Some pizzas just smell incredible before you’ve even taken a bite.

Fresh jalapeños, local red onion, Fior di latte and our homegrown garlic-infused ricotta, all finished with a generous snowfall of 22-month-aged Parmesan. 🌶️🧄🧀

We’ve been looking forward to sharing this one.

A little taste of Sweden, on an Italian-inspired canvas. Sweapolitan if you will 🇸🇪🇮🇹🍕

Neapolitan style base, Swedish crème fraîche with Västerbotten cheese, local red onion and dill, lemon zest and a generous spoonful of löjrom to finish.

This might just be Sweden’s national pizza 🇸🇪🍕 (after kebab pizza ofcourse).

Simple ingredients. Big flavours.

We’re back at Hubben on Friday, serving pizza outside from 17:00 until sold out!

This time we’re bringing a bigger menu than usual, including some things to snack on while you enjoy a drink, or take home for the night!

🍕Deep Fried Pizza Experiment from Pizza Chef 📕

A bit of twist with Swedish toppings, some cloudberry jam replacing apricot jam for example. Still a lot more testing required but the kids inhaled the doughnut style strips! Once perfected the big question is, where can we fit a deep fryer on the bike? 🚲🍕🍟

Pizza Pilgrimage - Lilla Napoli 🍕🙏

Very grateful we were able to sneak into Lilla Napoli during the summer one last time before they move onto their new venue in the coming weeks. So good to have a chat with Bess while he was slinging out pizzas, pretty sure he could do it blindfolded with one arm he made it look that easy! Their book is considered the bible in our home and the pages are worn out from daily reading.

Definitely our biggest influence and hands down the best there is out there, can’t wait to see what the new place has to offer!
