🍕We built Sweden’s smallest pizzeria… on the family cargo bike! 🚲

Follow along for an event with Sweden’s (maybe even Scandinavia’s or even Europe’s, potentially the world’s 🌍!!!) smallest pizzeria!

It all starts with converting the family bike into a pizza bike. A quick ride to our event. Set up. Let it rip and bash out 50 pizzas. B**r and pizza on the ride home. Boom 💥

🚲Pizza Pedlar X Hubben🍕

Over the summer we had the absolute pleasure of taking over the food at Restaurang Hubben on two occasions.

A huge thank you to everyone who came down to Hubben and supported us — we had such a great time serving pizzas and seeing so many familiar faces and plenty of new ones too!

A massive thank you to the team at Hubben for having us. We’re already working on some ideas for future events together, so hopefully this won’t be the last time you see the pizza bike there! 🚲🍕

A few snapshots from a very special evening. 🍕❤️

This week we had the privilege of hosting Hampus Lundström and Johannes Lundström from the team at Lilla Napoli to Höganäs. We spent the afternoon cycling around some of our favourite local spots with the oven on the bike before finishing the evening with a VIP pizza night for the neighbours, friends and customers who have supported Pizza Pedlar since day one.

It was our way of saying thank you. Without your encouragement, kind words, orders and feedback none of this would have been possible.

Lilla Napoli also spent the day filming our story – how Pizza Pedlar came to life, why we chose to build a pizzeria on a bicycle, and what we think of their incredible oven. We can’t wait to see the finished video and share it with you all soon.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made the evening so memorable. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a supportive community.

The bike is packed, the dough is ready, and we’re heading back to Hubben for another day of pizzas in the sunshine! ☀️🚲

This week’s Daily Specials menu has been expanded with a few new pizzas to try, so whether you’re coming back for another slice or visiting us for the first time, there’s something new waiting for you.

This afternoon, Daniel Norin will also be back creating incredible tattoos if you’ve been thinking it’s time for some fresh ink. 🖋️

Pair it all with an ice-cold b**r, a glass of w**e, or your favourite drink from Hubben, and you’ve got the perfect summer day.

This Sunday the 26th Pizza Pedlar is taking over the food while keeps the b**rs flowing.

Grab a pizza, crack open a cold one, and soak up the sunshine and good vibes! ☀️

Fancy some new ink? will be tattooing throughout the day 🖋️

We’ll be serving pizzas to enjoy at Hubben or to take away. No need to book, just walk on in, but be quick, last week we sold out of all 200 pizzas we had prepared!! 🍕

Lunch 12-3pm
Dinner 5pm until sold out

🍕 SWEDEN’S SMALLEST PIZZERIA 🚲

Ever wondered what an event looks like from the other side of the counter?

Follow along for the ride as we head out to cater a birthday party with Sweden’s smallest pizzeria. From loading up the bike and pedalling across town, to firing out 50 pizzas and finishing the night with a well-earned b**r and pizza by the harbour in Lerberget.

The whole event was pedal-powered… well, apart from the oven. That’s gas. 😉

🚲🍕 Put a few (Swedish) miles on the pizza bike the other day!

Was the first big purchase we made when moving to Sweden and this thing is amazing. So many functions, comfortable to ride, good for the environment, nothing but good things!

Sure we can even find a few more functions for it in the future!
