This weekend, 29th and 30th July, we will be serving food for the last time at Sandav 1. I am very happy to announce that Utefikat will start serving their menu from 5th August, 12 noon to 5pm on weekends and certain fridays when we are open (11th and 25th August). Welcome!

Välkommen till Utefikat, en food truck i Uppsala med eldmat, kokkaffe och skogsyoga. Med inspiration från Norrbotten och Jämtland, vill vi erbjuda Uppsalabor upplevelser i det vilda.

Sun shining, bird singing, it is spring! Soon we will meet again at Sandav 1 in Uppsala. This year, the tea house will be serving lunch and fika until midsummer weekend. When we reopen on 29th July, Utefika will be taking over the catering with their yummy outdoor cooking and coffee! Spring rain..what we have longed for so summer will be adorned with flowers and abound with butterflies! That is what happens too in the garden by Lake Ekoln at Sandav 1 and 3. Our season starts saturday 21st May at 12noon. Welcome back for a relaxed afternoon with light lunches, tea and coffee with cakes or simply enjoy a warm waffle with fruits and ice-cream. Kultur vid Ekoln will host 4 different art exhibits and 2 electro-acoustic garden concerts. See you soon.

Today I launch a new vegan Bao (with garlic).limited edition :-) I have been trying to reproduce a flavour my late mum made almost half a century ago..getting close..her's was very spicy so I made these milder...And the sunday impulse is to serve "Pink Joy" choco muffkie baked with fresh raspberries. Welcome ! Take home if you can't stay...
