We are a a community of artists, DJ’s, musicians, dancers and ravers with a love for music and a passion for soulful dance and rhythm. Given the diverse nature of our community, we draw inspiration from a wide spectrum of cultural expressions and styles from urban electronic beats to funk and soul and from Africa to Latin America. The Urban Tribe events feature live musicians, percussionists and artists, as well as local acts who endeavor to weave together a variety of rhythms, such as House, Disco, Funk and Afrobeat, with a particular emphasis on soulful and spiritual music.
