The final festivity after the Nobel Banquet: the Students' Nobel NightCap Students’ Nobel NightCap is created by students to celebrate the Nobel laureates.

Taking place after the Nobel Banquet, it is a magical occasion with a different spectacular (and secret!) theme every year. Four student unions (Tekniska Högskolans Studentkår, the Medical Students’ Association, the Student Association at the Stockholm School of Economics and Stockholm University Student Union) in Stockholm take turns to organize the party every four years. rn has come to SASSE. Students’ Nobel NightCap gives students the possibility to create a spectacular evening filled to the brim with fantastic food and entertainment in honor of the Nobel week, one of the largest academic celebrations. The guests of the Nobel banquet are picked up in chartered busses and taken to the event facilities. Although the dresscode is white tie, the event provides a relaxed atmosphere where students, Nobel Laureates, academics and politicians among others can mingle and enjoy themselves. No media or photography is allowed inside the event facilities.

Meet Linnea Gladh - Head of Logistics of SNNC 2025✨

Hey, Everyone!
I’m Linnea, and I’m super thrilled to be this year’s Head of Logistics for SNNC 2025! This project is massive, magical, and totally unforgettable. I can’t wait to be a part of bringing it to life together with all of you!
I’m currently studying a Bachelor’s Programme in Education with specialization Leadership and Communication at Stockholms University, but I have done a lot of different things in my life so far. I’ve always loved being behind the scenes, solving problems, and managing chaos with checklists and planning. Last year I got the opportunity to experience just how amazing Students’ Nobel NigthCap can be, as a guest, and knew that once it was SUs turn I wanted to have a part in bringing the whole party to life. I’ve years of experience doing volunteer work and with project management and to me Logistics is pretty much everything that makes projects actually happen. My team is responsible for the entire construction and deconstruction process, making sure all teams have what they need, when and where they need it, and coordinating the mountains of equipment, sponsor materials and stuff that makes this whole thing happen. If something needs to be fixed, carried, found, or delivered, Logistics are on it.
But doing things together is always more fun! I’m looking for people who love making plans, thinking ahead, and appreciate being the calm in the storm that is the reason everything still works smoothly. If you like thinking a few steps ahead, enjoy teamwork, or just love being the one who “gets it done,” then this is your team.
Let’s make SNNC 2025 run smoother than ever before—and have a ridiculous amount of fun while doing it!

Meet Aida Tahery Zamani - Head of Human Resources of SNNC 2025✨

Hi everyone!
I’m Aida, the Head of Human Resources for SNNC 2025, and I’m beyond excited to be part of this incredible project!🌟
A little about me, I’m in my third year of my bachelor’s in Global Development at Stockholm University. And after being an RPM for SNNC last year, I knew I had to come back for another round, especially since it’s happening right here at my own university. And what better way than as Head of Human Resources, making sure everyone feels happy, motivated, and (most importantly) has the best time throughout this project?💗
But let’s be real, I can’t do it alone. Meet Oscar Harrysson - Head of Guest & Safety of SNNC 2025✨

Hello party people! I’m Oscar, this year’s Head of Guest and Safety! This is my second time in this project and I’m thrilled to see it from another perspective. Last year, I was in the Project Group for Logistics. When I don’t say no to everyone’s ideas I study civil engineering, with a focus on law and economics at KTH.

As Head of Guest and Safety my responsibilities include everything from guest experience and contact; to the safety of our guests and of course, all of our awesome volunteers!
