WPS PICCOLOS
Our on-the-ground support team.
From tables and chairs to décor, technical equipment and those countless details that transform a venue into your wedding world.
And when the last glass has been raised and the final song has played, they remain behind the scenes to dismantle, pack down and leave everything beautifully in order.
The role of a WPS Piccolo is intentionally flexible. Because no two weddings are the same.

There is something truly magical about Sweden in the summer.
The endless light of the long summer evenings. The beauty of the Archipelago. Historic buildings, grand interiors and gardens in full bloom — all transformed for a celebration 🤍
One of this summer’s beautiful weddings took us from the elegance of Hedvig Eleonora Church to the magnificent Mirror Room at Grand Hôtel.
For the dinner, we created an intimate and romantic setting 
of delicate blue florals carefully chosen to echo the soft tones of the ballroom’s magnificent ceiling and the gilded candleholders reflected the warmth and richness of the surrounding walls.
Every element was thoughtfully curated to complement the architecture and elevate the atmosphere — a celebration of considered details, understated luxury and timeless elegance.
