There’s something special about experiencing your own city through the eyes of international guests. 🇸🇪✨

For this year’s Norrsken22 AGM, we had the pleasure of creating a full-day Stockholm experience for international guests and Swedish investors in September bringing together business, conversations, food, culture and some of the best of our city.

From arriving by boat through the Stockholm archipelago and a daytime gathering at Fotografiska Stockholm, to ending the evening with dinner and entertainment at the beautiful Gamla Riksarkivet .

For us at Hermes Group, this is what we love about creating experiences: finding the right places, building a thoughtful flow throughout the day and creating the setting for people to connect.

A beautiful day in Stockholm and a reminder of what an incredible destination we have right on our doorstep.

Under årets Arconadag samlades kollegorna på Malma Kvarn för en heldag i skärgården med segling, lagtävlingar, utmaningar och ett finalrace där vädret verkligen bjöd på allt. ☀️🌧️⛵️

Arcona är en förebild när det kommer till att aktivera sina medarbetare utomhus och använda naturen som en plats för gemenskap, rörelse och nya upplevelser. 🌿

När vi kliver ur vardagen, byter kontoret mot skärgården och möts i helt nya sammanhang händer något.

Nya relationer skapas. Gamla stärks. Vi samarbetar med människor vi kanske inte jobbar med varje dag. Vi skrattar, utmanas och får uppleva något tillsammans som lever kvar långt efter att dagen är slut.

Det är precis sådana här upplevelser vi tror bygger stark kultur.

Tack Arcona för förtroendet och för att ni fortsätter investera i era människor och i kraften av att uppleva saker tillsammans utomhus. 💙

💙 Imorgon firar vi Polisen 250 år i Stockholm!

Vi på Hermes Group är otroligt stolta över att tillsammans med Polisen få vara med och skapa och genomföra firandet av Stockholmspolisens 250-årsjubileum på Gärdet.

Mellan kl. 11.00–16.00 öppnas området upp för allmänheten och Polisen samlar och visar upp bredden av sina olika verksamheter. En dag fylld av möten, upplevelser och möjlighet att komma närmare människorna och verksamheterna bakom Polisen.

Det har varit ett intensivt och väldigt roligt projekt att få arbeta med och imorgon är det äntligen dags att se allt bli verklighet! 🙌

Vilket Gotland. Vilka Kleer Days! 💜

Två dagar fyllda av energi, gemenskap, inspiration och firande, tillsammans med ett 180 underbara kollegor på Kleer.

Från gemensam resa över Östersjön och konferens med fokus på framtid, förändring och AI, till Expedition Gotland på cykel genom Visby. Och så en kväll vi sent kommer glömma, när vi fick fira 15 år av Kleer i magiska S:t Nicolai ruin. ✨

Musik, berättelser, awards, skratt, överraskningar och så mycket värme – följt av ännu en dag tillsammans där blickarna riktades framåt.

Men kanske det allra finaste för oss på Hermes Group är att vi har fått vara med och följa Kleers resa under så många år. Att få fortsätta utveckla, skapa och uppleva nya kapitel tillsammans är något vi är otroligt glada och stolta över.

Tack Kleer för förtroendet och tack till alla som var med och gjorde Kleer Days 2026 till det det blev. 💜

Swedish summer is unlike anything else. 🇸🇪🌿

There is something magical about returning to work after the summer holidays and looking back at the moments that made the season so special.

For us, one of those moments was the privilege of creating the Opening Night for at Eric Erikssonhallen in Stockholm, where we welcomed more than 260 international event professionals to experience one of Sweden’s most beloved traditions – Midsummer.

Not to simply watch a tradition.
But to become part of one. 🇸🇪

Flowers in their hair. Music in the air. Food & drinks. Laughter. Dancing. New friendships. The simple joy of gathering together under the Nordic summer sky.

Because in a world where AI is accelerating and everything seems to move faster, people are longing to reconnect.

Not only with each other.
But with nature.
With culture.
With traditions.
With joy.

For us, this evening became more than an event.

It was a reminder that the most meaningful experiences are often the most human ones.

Maybe the future of events isn’t about creating something bigger.

Maybe it’s about bringing people back to what truly matters. ❤️

Last week in Malmö, we had the opportunity to spend time with people from across the games industry during .

Together with .studio and , we hosted a relaxed rooftop Afterwork filled with conversations, new connections and fresh perspectives.

Nordic Games was also a valuable opportunity to listen, learn and better understand the community as we continue exploring the future of . Exciting months ahead! 🎮✨

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the terrace and helped create such a great atmosphere. And of course, thank you for setting the perfect vibe behind the DJ booth 🎧☀️

Where sustainability feels human. 🌿

Recently, we had the privilege of bringing a law firm to one of our favourite places in the Swedish forests, just two hours from Stockholm, for a few days dedicated to wellbeing, sustainability and human connection.

Here, sustainability is not a presentation or a policy. It is something you experience.

From locally sourced food crafted with care, to quiet moments by the water, paddling through the landscape, outdoor training sessions, conversations around the campfire and a wild camp dinner under the trees 🔥. Every part of the journey was designed to reconnect people with nature, each other and themselves.

Between meetings, guests could slow down, recharge in the spa, move their bodies, breathe fresh forest air and reflect on what sustainable performance really means in a world that rarely slows down.

Because true sustainability is not only about protecting the environment. It is also about creating conditions where people can thrive over time.

And as every great experience needs balance, we ended the journey with a Rockabilly celebration in the barn, full of music, laughter and dancing long into the evening. 🎶

A reminder that wellbeing, joy and connection are not distractions from performance.

They are what make it possible.
