The room is small, filled with that golden almost-sunset light that makes everything feel suspended in time.

Outside the window, Greece is glowing. Guests are gathering, moving toward the ceremony. We sneak peek at them.

Inside, it’s just the three of us. Hayane is all bubbles and heart, laughter and sparkle. We begin with something secret, just for her, just for confidence, just for love.

Then the dress, the champagne and the excitement.

Through the window, the world is getting ready. Inside, she is becoming a bride.

Getting ready with Hayane is pure joy, courage, tenderness, and that rare glow that only appears when someone is truly in love.

Some moments aren’t meant for the timeline.

Only for the heart.

Today, me and my husband, celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. And how do I even begin to put that into words?

It’s kind of cool, and I’m proud. Not because it’s always been easy, but because we’ve kept choosing each other.

Because we’ve learned to listen, to accept, and to understand that we don’t always have to agree.

That love sometimes means stepping back, giving space, and remembering why we once said yes.

That it’s a joy to evolve, and explore new adventures and interests together.

💍 As a wedding photographer, I see it all the time: Love isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence, patience, curiosity and the quiet courage to keep choosing one another.

20 years later, it feels just as true as the day we made our vows, only in a different way. And still… love keeps curiously unfolding ❤️
