Swedish meatballs, made of wild boar and moose from the forest next to Lilla Lyngabo, on brioche with beetroot salad. My guests who come from abroad had only experienced meatballs at Ikea before, so I had to change that.

It's absolutely wonderful to crawl into bed for a little nap or to read a book, after a day on the beautiful beach of Haverdal Nature Reserve. You lie quite comfortably here, looking out over the fields, hoping for a moose to pass by and waiting for me to come and serve tonight's menu! 😃

The first small tomatoes in the greenhouse have ripened and on top of that some sweet oregano flowers. It's wonderful to just go out into the garden and pick what you need.😃

You just want to stop time for a moment now. The light, all the colors exploding, the sunsets competing to be the best and being able to just walk out into the garden and pick up ingredients for the guests. Just love it!😍😍😍

It's such a wonderful time in Lilla Lyngabo right now, everything has turned green and looks so soft and inviting. On every plate that is serve you can already find crops from the garden and I walk the few steps out to the guests in lush ​​greenery and right into the sunset. I can't complain about my working environment! 😍😍😍

It's a blessing that my sister Matilda on Linnebergs farm breeds organic grass-fed cattle of the breed Belted Galloway. They are roaming beautiful nature pastures all year round, so they have a wonderful life. This is the meat that is usually serve in Lilla Lyngabo. All meat I serve comes from animal that live their lives outside year round.
