”We honestly cannot recommend Madeleine highly enough.
For 18 months, Madeleine was an incredible part of our journey towards our wedding, and we genuinely could not have done it without her. Planning a wedding is complicated enough, but when you add in all of the travel we do, logistics, suppliers, countless decisions and everything else that comes with creating such an important day, having someone as capable, organised and dedicated as Madeleine was invaluable.
From the very beginning, she made everything feel manageable. She was always there when we needed her, incredibly organised, calm under pressure and somehow seemed to have an answer or solution for every problem that came our way. She took so much of the stress and uncertainty out of the process and allowed us to actually enjoy the journey rather than becoming overwhelmed by it.
What really stands out, though, is how much she genuinely cared. This never felt like simply a job to her. She became someone we trusted completely and someone we knew would always have our backs. Even with all the moving parts and travel involved over those 18 months, she handled everything with an incredible level of professionalism and attention to detail.
And then, when the wedding day finally arrived, everything came together beautifully. So much of that was down to the enormous amount of work, planning and care Madeleine had put in behind the scenes. She was always on hand to solve anything that popped up and was almost always one or three steps ahead of us with organisation on the day.
We will be forever grateful to her for everything she did for us. She didn’t just help us plan a wedding — she made the entire 18-month journey enjoyable, exciting and, most importantly, possible.
