Nothing beats a farmhouse kitchen full of Ball jars and a pressure canner steaming on the stove. Wiping those rims, sealing in the goodness — this is homestead life.

Coconut Macaroons
4c dessicated coconut
4 eggs room temp
1/2c white sugar
1/2c APF
1/2tsp vanilla
100g butter
1tbsp baking soda
1 can condensed milk
Mix dry and wet ingredients. Incorporate dry and wet ingredients until wel combined but do not over mix. Line cupcake liners in cupcake baking pan filling each with 2 tbsp of the mixture. Bake in 170degrees C for 15-18 mins or until golden brown. Enjoy with tea or coffee☕️😋❤️

I woke up early to try and make biscuit & gravy. My ❤️ has been requesting this. He said I nailed it! Need a little improvement as the biscuit did not rise as expected which could be the APF (should be self-rising) or the spaces between the dough. But overall it was delicious😋❤️
