Полномочный представитель президента в ДФО Юрий Трутнев провёл совещание с главами регионов по вопросам социально-экономического развития Дальнего Востока.

В настоящее время правительством совместно с дальневосточными регионами осуществляется постоянный мониторинг потребительского рынка. В каждом регионе ДФО создан соответствующий штаб во главе с губернатором.

Юрий Трутнев поручил ФАС, Минтрансу и Минвостокразвития проанализировать обоснованность роста стоимости перевозки грузов, а также механизм ценообразования. Вице-премьер обратился к заместителю генерального прокурора России Дмитрию Демешину с просьбой осуществлять соответствующий надзор за грузоперевозками.
Центральному банку России было рекомендовано принять меры по недопущению повышения кредитными организациями ставок по ранее заключённым кредитным договорам.

Стать волонтером ВЭФ – значит, стать частью команды профессионалов, которая на протяжении многих лет обеспечивает подготовку и проведение одного из важнейших событий во Владивостоке и мировой экономике в целом.

ВЭФ - 2022 в рамках Программы мобильности обьявил набор волонтёров. Все претенденты, которые пройдут отбор, будут обеспечены проживанием и проездом к месту проведения события и обратно.

Обязательные требования к соискателям:

✅ гражданство РФ;
✅ возраст не менее 18 лет;
✅ владение английским языком на уровне Upper-intermediate (B2) и выше.

Курильские острова - настоящий рай для фотографов и бизнесменов. Творческих людей заинтересуют здесь неповторимые пейзажи вулканов, разноцветных скал и озер. Однако для полноценного развития региона необходимо привлечение инвестиций. Российские власти подготовили комплекс мер по привлечению бизнеса.

Российские компании, которые зарегистрированы на территории Курильских островов, как предполагается, будут вскоре платить страховые взносы по пониженным тарифам. В Госдуму внесён законопроект, разработанный согласно поручениям президента России по итогам ВЭФ-2021.

В законе прописано, что инвесторы смогут оплачивать пониженные тарифы страховых взносов в совокупном размере 7,6 процента, пенсионный тариф - 6%. Действие специальных условий планируется ввести на 20 лет с момента регистрации компании на территории Курил.

Как предполагается, такие меры сделают бизнес на островах более привлекательным, что подстегнёт развитие региона в целом.

The Organizing Committee for the 2nd International Tiger Conservation Forum held a meeting in Moscow chaired by Russian Minister of Justice Konstantin Chuychenko. The Forum will take place in Vladivostok on 5 September, the opening day of the Eastern Economic Forum 2022 (EEF 2022).

The Organizing Committee set the key dates for preparing for and holding the Forum as well as the work of its exposition, which will be open to the public throughout the EEF 2022. The committee members also discussed the issue of foreign leaders participating in the Forum, including via videoconference. A decision on this issue will be taken based on the epidemiological situation in the world at that time.

The Organizing Committee members also discussed the possibility of expanding the range of cultural and entertainment events that aim to raise public awareness about the upcoming Forum.

The Amur Tiger Centre presented a separate programme of events dedicated to the Year of the Tiger and the upcoming Forum.
A roadmap will be drawn up in the near future on preparations for and holding the Forum as well as the celebration of Tiger Day in Vladivostok in late September 2022.

According to the Ministry for the Development of the Far East and Arctic, over 1.7 thousand people have already registered their ownership, with 1.6 thousand more having applied and waiting for registration.

Over 70 companies have announced their readiness to join the Labour Quarter. All of them produce digital content – animation, CGI, blogs, and music.

The Labour Quarter is a creative cluster that has become a new resident of the Yakutia ASEZ.

The investment project to reconstruct and equip the building of 14.6 thousand sq. m targets a systemic development of creative economy in Yakutia and the Far East. It is scheduled to be put into operation in 2022. The Ministry for the Development of the Far East and Arctic will provide the infrastructural support to the cluster as part of the so-called ‘single subsidy’. RUB 413 mln. has already been allocated for these purposes.

As of today, about a thousand applications for the Far Eastern mortgage were submitted in monotowns, with 484 loans worth RUB 1.35 billion issued.

The following Russian regions top the list of best performing in terms of Far Eastern mortgage in monotowns: Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Primorye Territory, and Amur Region.

Here is the top five monotowns in terms of loans issues:

1. Neryungri (Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)) – 132 loans worth RUB 411.7 mln.;
2. Arsenyev (Primorye Territory) – 104 loans worth RUB 313 mln.;
3. Mirny (Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)) – 66 loans worth RUB 208.7 mln.;
4. Krasnokamensk (Zabaikalye Territory) – 37 loans worth RUB 62 mln.;
5. Svobodny (Amur Region) – 29 loans worth RUB 101 mln.

Resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok builds a recreation park in Primorye Territory

Emiti Plus has opened a park with ten lakes and infrastructure for recreation activities outside Vladivostok. The investments add up to RUB 178.4 million.

RUB 200 billion are needed to build Vladivostok Ring Road

The 27-kilometer ring road is supposed to connect Russky Island and Elena Island to the central and northern parts of Vladivostok and to the planned city of Sputnik. This will be a PPP project, according to the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Arctic. Experts say that the new highway will help reduce the travel time by 25–50%.
