Years ago, I planned one of my very first beach weddings here in Romania.
It was on a protected beach — no cars, no easy access, just sand, sea and a long walk. Every rental had to be carried in by hand. Chairs, décor, flowers… piece by piece.

I started with a team meeting on the beach, trying to visualize everything. We rolled up our sleeves, laughed about the “wedding workout”, and got to work. Every detail was placed with care, not just because it looked beautiful — but because it mattered to my couple.

Since then, the wedding industry has changed so much. Trends come and go, Pinterest boards get bigger, timelines get tighter. And today, having a clear wedding concept is a must — it’s the only way to make sure every detail fits together perfectly, from décor to flow to the guest experience.

But one thing has never changed for me:

The First Look. A pause in the middle of it all.

Yes, their day was full. The timeline was tight. Emotions were running high.

But we carved out a few quiet minutes — just for them.
Because that moment?
When they saw each other for the first time, before anyone else…
It was everything.

It calmed their nerves. Softened the rush.
And brought them back to what it was all really about.

What is my ROLE as a planner?

You might think it's to organize everything. To coordinate every single provider. To keep you on budget.
To make sure everything is exactly where it needs to be, on the day of the events.
To follow the schedule, the plan, the flow.

And yes, I do all that, but that’s NOT my main role.

My REAL role?
Is to give you TIME!

Time to enjoy your engagement, without being buried in checklists.
Time to be fully present on your wedding day. Time to laugh, cry, dance, and soak up the love of your people.

I’m here to take the weight off your shoulders, so you can hold each other instead.

Same as the photographer’s and videographer’s role is not just to give you nice photos and videos, but to FREEZE your memories so you can revisit them time and time again.

And florist's role is not just to make some nice flower arrangements, but to set the emotional TONE of the day., creae a long lasting impression so you can remember it with your feelings too.

Because that’s what this is really about, isn’t it?
