As he said at the very beginning of his session: “today is not just another presentation — it’s a special one.”

In a profound talk about human behavior, psychological safety, and the complexity of the modern mind within organizations, Enrico Banchi challenged the audience to look beyond numbers, KPIs, and the idea of “zero incidents.”

Building on the concept behind his book “𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐙𝐞𝐫𝐨”, he explained how the obsession with perfect numbers can sometimes become the most dangerous thing inside an organization.

His message was powerful: true performance and safety do not come only from rules and procedures, but from deeply understanding human behavior, attention, emotions, and the way people react under pressure.

On stage, 𝐈𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐮, Vice President Human Resources at Mega Image, shared her perspective on the “𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞” in the era of artificial intelligence.

With over 20 years of experience in retail and HR, she spoke about the role of people in organizations undergoing rapid transformation and about the importance of a culture built on trust, inclusion, and continuous development.

Ileana emphasized psychological safety in the AI era as a foundation for adaptability, an open mindset, learning, and ownership of purpose.

Her message highlighted that the true value of organizations does not lie in technology, but in people — in their ability to remain curious, engaged, and connected to meaning.
