With his love for clean sounds, polyrhythms and digging for music that resonates with him, Zlatan Klinchev brings out the true magic of hypnotic techno, raising the heat on the dancefloor ever more.  Born in the 90s near the east coast of the Black Sea, Zlatan Klinchev’s journey with music began long ago. From an early age, he was immersed in quality music and international sounds through his family of musicians, where music was played mostly on vinyl.

After spending more than 15 years mixing different genres of electronic music and nearly two decades listening and curating, Zlatan found his passion in the meditative state of hypnotic techno and steps onto the stage to deliver a selection of both known and undiscovered gems. His sets invite the crowd into a deep, transcendent state — where rhythm dissolves time, the pulse becomes collective, and the dancefloor turns into a hypnotic space of pure connection and energy.

Welcoming Lexie as the 103rd Guest on the inTension Podcast!

Alexia Riganelli is the name behind Lexie, an artist born in Guarulhos, São Paulo, who transforms the dancefloor into a sensory territory.
Music has always been her primary language, but it was in 2015 that her encounter with electronic music sparked a deep research process, officially materialized in 2021 within the São Paulo scene.

Lexie’s sonic identity is built on two complementary sides, like a ritual that alternates between shadow and light. On one side, hypnotic techno and dub in their most melancholic, mental, and deep forms, sustained by repetitive grooves that lead the listener into trance and introspection. On the other, a more dance-driven and expansive side, where percussion takes center stage and Detroit roots emerge through fast, pulsating, and groove-oriented rhythms characteristic of hard groove, celebrating the collective movement of the dancefloor.

With a broad and versatile repertoire, her sets navigate between hypnotic techno, groove, and hard groove, incorporating striking samples and references from the 1990s and 2000s. This duality allows Lexie to build dynamic narratives, guiding the audience through atmospheres that oscillate between deep introspection and explosive dance energy, creating experiences where groove becomes language, sound becomes ritual, and the dancefloor becomes a space of expression.

Welcoming BBUBU as the 101st Guest on the inTension Podcast!

This is BBUBU, an everything-hard DJ from Bucharest.
When she plays, she’s always chasing that first-rave feeling. The moment when you realise you’re free, alive and really comfortable in your body. That’s the atmosphere she aims to build and pass on to the people listening.

She doesn’t strictly stick to one genre, but industrial is where she ends up most of the time. She’s mostly known for her live performances and for coding music in Haskell, which makes her approach to sets very hands-on. She likes moving between heavier tracks and more emotional moments. Flow matters a lot to her, tension too, and she enjoys leaving little surprises along the way.

This set is a bit different from what she usually plays live. It’s more designed for listening than peak-time intensity, but it’s still something you can move to. Slower in intention, not in energy.
