A native Egyptian, born and raised in Doha, Qatar, Shahd Ahmed is one of the region’s upcoming music producers, and one of the few Arab female producers known in the region. Her interest in music began at a very young age when she spent hours playing on her toy piano until her parents noticed that the noise actually sounded like nursery rhymes that she had taught herself by ear. They continued to
support her interest in music by enrolling her in classical piano taught by Ms. Tianka Kresteva under the ABRSM curriculum, where she flourished as a young pianist in Doha. During her early teenage years, she and her schoolmates formed a pop/alternative rock band called “Paperdoll”. Shahd was the drummer, and they managed to land local gigs such as Dunestock, and even placing in third place for Battle of the Bands in 2004 and 2005. After secondary school she moved to Dubai where she completed her degree in Audio Production from SAE Dubai as well as gained experience working in the marketing and events field. Work History

Over the years spent organizing events, booking talent and providing talent-booking solutions, her knowledge and creativity has grown significantly. She has proven to be more than capable in successfully executing various tasks all the tasks involving event planning, creating and implementing creative concepts and marketing campaigns, or handling social media accounts.
