Hello ..... and Happy Saint Anthony’s Day!
This Sunday, we would like to wish you a wonderful day, an excellent weekend celebrating the Popular Saints Festivities, and a very Happy Saint Anthony’s Day, the beloved patron saint of Lisbon.
We would also like to invite you to visit our Garage Sale this Sunday. Once again, this event will help support our project financially and allow us to continue serving our community.
Through your support, we are able to organize free workshops for our community, especially for children. These activities are offered at no cost to participants, and the proceeds from the Garage Sale help us cover the expenses involved in making them possible.
We warmly invite you to stop by our gallery, enjoy a visit, and perhaps find something special to take home. We will have a wide variety of items available, including household objects, decorative pieces, dishes, and many other products.

Galeria 26 — Residency, Process and Encounter

Galeria 26 proposes a cycle of creation where the process holds the same value as the final outcome. For each edition, an invited artist occupies the space for a one-week residency, transforming it into a living studio — a place for experimentation, reflection and making.
At the end of this period, the residency culminates in an exhibition: a public presentation of the work developed throughout the week, accompanied by music, shared dining and conversation. The opening becomes a celebration — bringing together art, community and exchange — with invited press, curators, artists and cultural professionals.
The exhibition then remains open for two additional weeks, extending the dialogue initiated during the residency.
At Galeria 26, we are interested in following the journey from idea to work, creating space to make, show and connect.
