Marlee and Jim didn’t know exactly what to expect when they decided to get married in Portugal. They just wanted an intimate and special celebration and Sintra was the place they chose.

I knew right away that they were a special couple, caring and dog-loving people who love hydrangeas and good wine ☺️

They couldn’t come to Portugal beforehand to visit the venues, they didn’t do any food or wine tasting, etc.... Obviously they felt a little insecure at the beginning of the process, but I always assured them that I would meet their expectations and personally supervise everything.

The welcome day was a casual dinner at a local winery. And it was a beautiful evening. The forecast for the wedding day was uncertain, so I had a backup plan ready, but the couple was very relaxed and happy with whatever plan I decided was best for them.

In the end, everything went as perfectly as it could, and it was memorable for everyone. So I really appreciate their deep trust throughout the entire planning process ❤️
