Cintia had been longing to dance to swing music almost from the moment she was born. When she finally found the dance community in Galicia, it felt like a long-awaited dream come true. She never imagined her journey would also lead her behind the DJ mixer—but sometimes, the universe deals you surprising hands.

In 2023, she began DJing with her friends Andrea and Meri under the name Excell Sisters. Today, she’s flying solo behind the mixer, but her core values remain the same: celebrating and spotlighting the work of female musicians across all eras.

Let’s have some fun with Dj 📀😸

Paulo found the Swing dance scene thanks to his big brother Pedro. In 2017, after trying an open class he started to attend regular classes and got addicted to Jazz.

This guy connects with his inner child when he dances having a lot of fun and playfulness. He connects with the music and the rhythm as he was driven through it.

Through the music he can express a lot of things that his soul wants to say, making him feel alive and free every time that the music is on.

Karen loves how swing music can be both wild and cool, its energy, its history and variety...always with a great beat. Even when she’s (rarely) not on the dance floor real swingin music makes her feel like she’s dancing inside. Karen is always investigating and she can’t wait to share her favourite tunes.

Meet our first Dj ! 🎧📀

Marina is a DJ, event organizer, and swing dance enthusiast who fell in love with Lindy Hop in 2015. Her passion for jazz came first and dates back to her teenage years when she was obsessed with old Hollywood movies. She has brought her Brazilian flavor to dance floors across South America, and since 2022, she has been DJing in Portugal and at other events around Europe.

Marina é DJ, organizadora de eventos e apaixonada por swing dances, descobrindo o Lindy Hop em 2015. Mas sua paixão pelo jazz veio bem antes, desde a adolescência, quando era viciada em filmes antigos de Hollywood. Ela já levou seu toque brasileiro para pistas de dança pela América do Sul e, desde 2022, tem tocado como DJ em Portugal e em outros eventos pela Europa.
