Surf, friends, and a whole lot of questionable choices.
Lucija brings out her late-season surfboard — more ridiculous than ever, naturally. Outfit? Unhinged. Approved. Zinc stick on the lips, bucket hat on tight.
Who’s the prettiest in the lineup? Definitely … No one cares.

First wave of volunteers… and already the hardest goodbyes.
We know you can’t stay forever… but it’s always too soon.

A little tribute to our first incredible crew:
• Léonie (France): Yoga teacher, gardener, and board game partner in crime with Rachel. Always sunny, always up for a laugh or a last-minute match.
• Louise (Sweden): Our single singer and breakfast manager. The queen of carrot cake and banana bread — mornings definitely won’t taste the same without you.
And that smile we thought you were giving us all day? Turns out it was just your normal face — but we’ll miss it anyway.
• Silke (Denmark): Mastermind behind the Maceda Games and our Easter Hunt obsession. You somehow made every little game feel like the final of a world championship — and made everyone really want to win.

We stretched, we baked, we competed, we laughed — and somehow, it still wasn’t enough time.

You’ll always have a home here, between a swell and a sunset.
We miss you already.

There’s no place quite like Maceda.
A stretch of wild beach, salty sunsets, and slow days that somehow stay with you long after you’ve left.

These two incredible women first came to Maceda Surf Camp as guest and volunteers… and now, for the second year in a row, they’re back, not just for the waves, but for the connection, the wild nature, and this beach that feels like home.

There’s something magical about Maceda. It’s more than a surf spot, it’s a place where strangers become friends, and the sea brings us all a little closer.

🌾 Nature, community, surf. That’s the Maceda way. 💛

Tucked away a few minutes from the coast, our garden will be open to all for a night of celebration! Surrounded by trees with plenty of grass to dance through, kick off your shoes and join us for a night to remember.

With a bonfire pit and view of the stage let Celo and DJ CARIBEIRO move you with their vibrant sets.🎶💃🏻
