Show some love to ! Known to us all from Central and as one of the speakers at the first edition of The Power of Food, the Peruvian has now been voted The World‘s Best Female Chef 👩‍🍳 🥇 for her work Kjolle, which debuted at No.21 on Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2019 list. The special award will be announced at this year‘s The World's 50 Best Restaurants in Latin America, on October 30 in Bogota, Colombia. Now hit that ❤️🤍❤️ button!

Sangue na Guelra's not dead 🤘! Last 3rd and 4th of July Amuse Bouche - Food Storytellers organised ALTITUDO festival as part of Arrebita Portugal project. We couldn't miss it and sent Gustavo and Manuel to represent us, who simply kicked ass in Portugal's first high ALTITUDE GASTRONOMY FESTIVAL. Our mission is to keep rooting for talented, young and bold life forms that really want to change the world through the power of food! Show some love, puuuuleeeaaaaaase!

The revolution started boiling a year ago, with , the 1st Global Live Food Event with 100% of Sangue na Guelra‘s DNA: live talks with some of the biggest names in gastronomy 🔥

Chefs like Andoni Aduriz, Joan Roca, Bo Songvisava & Dylan Jones, Alex Atala, Virgilio Martínez and Pía León came to share their personal experiences, visions for the future, and innovative projects as the gastronomy sector was responding to the covid-19 pandemic. But this was just the beginning.

In 2021 follow The Power of Food to learn more and keep the revolution going.

2021. Começar o ano em BOM? Sim, no THE RESCUE Lunch Series no Attla Restaurant, esta semana pelas mãos de Artur Gomes. Marcou presença nos jantares YOUNG CHEFS WITH GUTS em 2018, acabadinho de sair do NOMA Lab.
