Today we’re celebrating someone very special, happy birthday to our dear Catarina! 🎉
From intern to coordinator, then senior coordinator, and now Event Manager, Catarina’s journey with Escape is an inspiration for everyone! Who remembers the shy intern? She has truly grown with Escape, and in many ways, Escape has grown with her.
When we think about where we are today, it’s impossible not to acknowledge the impact of this university graduate who poured her heart into her very first job. We couldn’t be prouder of this true “Escape baby” who has flourished throughout the years.
As a client, a supplier or a colleague you know you can always count on Catarina: a hardworking and dedicated event planner, incredibly knowledgeable, deeply passionate about her clients’ needs, wonderfully creative, and above all, genuinely kind.
We love you, Catarina! Cannot wait to grow together with you 🫶🏻

Happy birthday to Carolina, our OG Carolina and truly one of the originals of the team.
You’ll find her everywhere: leading the setup, welcoming guests, guiding everyone exactly where they need to be, even “harbouring” brides in her car when needed. From nurse to problem-solver and everything in between, she does it all effortlessly.
Her love for events has shaped an incredible career, and it shows in every detail. She handles the fun moments with as much grace as she does the unexpected ones, and you can always count on her, no matter what.
To us, she’s the calm in the chaos, almost like a mother figure, always making sure the whole team is okay.

Today we celebrate much more than a birthday 🤍
Happiest birthday to Leonor, founder and CEO of Escape Eventos but above all the best boss, leader and friend we could ask for.
Kind, understanding, deeply sensitive to others feelings, incredibly detail oriented and with a truly creative mind.
Always open to new ideas, always stylish and with a laugh that lights up any room.
She was also the craziest bride we have ever had and, of course, the mastermind behind the most beautiful, fun and unforgettable wedding ever. Our biggest wedding so far, created with and for our sweet Leonor.
Pad thai addicted, proud Swiftie and driven by a genuine passion for what she does. She built Escape from the ground up, turned a dream into reality and continues to make it grow every single day.
