Good morning everyone.
I just want to reassure everyone that Bryn and I are still doing what we do, offering the facilities for our guests as we have for the last 15 years
The confusing posts on social media which read as if we have sold up are not a reflection of our commitment to continuing to host our clients from the properties we are proud to have created and operate.
In fact this year we have yet again invested further with new specialist showering facilities and another WAV. An automatic. We have bought the first automatic WAV available to purchase here in 15 years. It's ours and it's spacious and comfortable and drives like a dream.
The showering facilities are a simple drop down shower table in the Two Bedroom Apartment and an electric controlled height adjustable shower stretcher in the Three Bedroom Apartment.
These will help us to continue to host families that have come to us for years. But kids are getting bigger and parents needing more help. So we have done it, adding these at no additional cost to our guests.
I have also worked hard this year to create new boat opportunities and have 2 amazing companies I will now be working with to offer alternative opportunities (a few adaptations to ramps to be made and off we go.)
So, no we haven't sold up and have no plan to do so, our client base is expanding and working with our guests to ensure that their holidays are as easy and enjoyable as possible is of utmost importance to us. We are thrilled to create lasting memories whilst people are with us.
Memories like those created by Karina, our friend from Denmark. This year was her 10th visit with her beautiful family and the first year she was reluctant, until her penultimate day when temperatures were soaring, to go into the heated swimming pool with her family. This year, she was amazing. We have developed the right combination of aids and she has found new confidence and trusts I am there with her. She has been swimming up and down doing the most amazing butterfly stroke despite being paralysed from waist down for over 25 years.
Such emotional and amazing moments to share. It's moments like these that give us the enthusiasm to continue. We love what we do and look forward to meeting new guests with whom to share a little of the beautiful Algarve, and to welcome back our returning guests who we proudly call our friends.
