At the end of this year, I’ll hit 15 years working in weddings. Fifteen (My God, é mesmo 15? 🙈)
It still feels a bit unreal.

Last year, somewhere between plans and random thoughts, I decided 2026 wouldn’t be an easy, comfortable year. I wanted to invest in learning. Experience matters. But the moment you think you already know it all, you start going backwards.

At the end of February, I went to London for a week to take a wedding planning course. On my own. To learn, listen, and step outside my bubble.

The market changes. Trends change. Couples change. If you don’t move with it, you get left behind.

I met other industry professionals with approaches totally different from mine, and it pushed me out of autopilot. We compared workflows, timelines, supplier management, and how we communicate with couples. I left with a few clear tweaks I want to implement.

We visited a few venues in London, and you can feel why that market is strong. The level of organisation is high. Everything is built for smooth delivery, clear coordination, and high expectations. It reminded me that great weddings are not just about taste. They are about structure, clarity, and ex*****on.

I came back with new ideas and an even stronger feeling that investing in knowledge is investing directly in my clients.
