Tive o privilégio de o conhecer há cerca de dois anos, numa visita às Vinhas do Tico, no âmbito do projeto Roads and Kingdoms, com os Chefs Andy Ricker e André Magalhães. Ficámos tocados pelo carinho, pela dedicação e pela autenticidade daquele lugar especial no Porto Moniz, um reflexo da alma do Tico e da sua família.
