What started as a little dream is finally becoming reality.

MEET SIMONE

If there’s one word that describes Simone, it’s caring.

She has this beautiful way of creating a space where you immediately feel welcome, looked after and at ease.

A space where you don’t have to achieve anything.
Where you can slow down, breathe and simply arrive. 🤍

Yoga entered Simone’s life more than 14 years ago and became much more than movement. After completing her 200h Yoga Teacher Training in 2015, her journey naturally evolved into Yin Yoga, flowing movement, meditation and sound.

Her teaching is gentle, uplifting and authentic, but most of all: it feels caring.

You’re allowed to come exactly as you are.

We’re so happy to have Simone as part of our Yoga Ferragudo family.

MEET LILIAN

If there’s one thing you should know about Lilian, it’s this: you’ll probably never leave her class without a hug. 🫶

Warm, open-hearted and full of beautiful energy — we’re so happy to have her as part of the Yoga Ferragudo family.

Originally from Brazil, Lilian is a Biomechanics teacher and certified Yoga & Pilates instructor. She combines her knowledge of the human body with mindful movement, meditation and a holistic approach to wellbeing.

And something that makes her classes especially valuable for our growing local and international community:

🇵🇹 🇬🇧 and also offers bilingual classes in Portuguese & English.

IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING. 🤍

After months of dreaming, planning and creating, Yoga Ferragudo is almost ready to welcome you.

From 12 October, we’ll start our very first classes in our brand-new studio in the heart of Ferragudo.

A small and personal space to move, breathe, strengthen, slow down and connect.

Yoga Flow • Pilates Mat • Yoga meets Barre • Barre Workout • Chair Yoga • Yin Yoga

Small groups. Personal guidance. Different ways to move – and a space where everyone is welcome.

Have you ever tried Barre Workout?
It may look elegant… but don’t underestimate those tiny movements. 😉

Barre combines elements of ballet, yoga and pilates movement, strength training, balance and core work — all to a great playlist that makes the burn a little more fun.

And the best part?

✨ No ballet experience needed.
✨ Small groups.
✨ Low impact, but surprisingly intense.

At Yoga Ferragudo, you’ll be able to experience Barre in different ways:

BARRE WORKOUT
A full class focused on strength, posture, balance, legs, glutes and core. (Basic fitness level needed)

And if you’re curious but not quite ready for a full Barre class:

YOGA MEETS BARRE
A yoga-based class where we bring selected Yoga poses and movements to the Barre.
It’s also a beautiful introduction if you’re curious about Barre and want to prepare your body before joining a full Barre Workout class.

What a beautiful sunset yoga session at the beach. 🌅🧘🏼‍♀️
Thank you, lovely ladies, for sharing this special moment with me.

We soaked up the last rays of sunshine, moved, breathed, slowed down — and closed the day with grateful hearts.
There’s just something magical about practicing yoga by the ocean as the sun goes down.

Yoga Ferragudo is becoming a real little space to move, breathe, slow down and connect — right in the heart of Ferragudo.

You can expect a mix of Yoga, Yin classes, Pilates, Barreworkout and more — with classes designed for both our local community and everyone visiting our beautiful little village.
