Hi 👋🏼 I’m Kelsey Parigian Taveira, founder of Algarve Party Planner.
Born & raised in Los Angeles, California, with over two decades of experience in events, hospitality and luxury experiences, I’ve spent my career creating moments that feel personal, memorable and completely tailored to the guests I’m creating them for.
I’ve called the Algarve home since 2017, and in 2020 I made the decision to bring my business here full-time. Since then, I’ve built an extensive network across Portugal and beyond, allowing me to create not only exceptional events, but curated vacation itineraries and bespoke destination experiences.
From finding the perfect villa or private chef, arranging yachts and unique experiences, to planning family adventures, celebrations, restaurant reservations and all the little details in between — I take care of the entire experience.
And although the Algarve is home, my work is worldwide. 🌎
