💦🇹🇭 Dugong
Dugong : a medium-sized marine mammal that lives in the Indo-West Pacific. An estimated 240 Dugongs live in Thailand and are listed in Thailand’s vulnerable wildlife conservation. These amazing mammals live in six provinces along the Andaman Sea and in the Gulf of Thailand, particularly on Libong Island in Trang province, where a conducive ecosystem provides a source of food and habitat for dugongs.

พะยูน เป็นสัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมขนาดกลางที่อาศัยอยู่ในทะเลเขตอบอุ่นในแถบมหาสมุทรอินเดียจรดมหาสมุทรแปซิฟิกด้านตะวันตก พะยูนเป็นสัตว์ป่าสงวนตามพระราชบัญญัติสงวนและคุ้มครองสัตว์ป่า พ.ศ. 2535 ของไทย สถานะพะยูนในไทยอยู่ในภาวะวิกฤต โดยดคาดว่ามีประชากรพะยูนราว 240 ตัว อาศัยในไทย เราจะพบพะยูนได้บริเวณชายฝั่งทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทย นอกเขตน้ำกร่อยและตามชายฝั่งน้ำตื้น โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง เกาะลิบง จังหวัดตรัง และจะพบในแหล่งที่มีระบบนิเวศน์ทางธรรมชาติที่เหมาะสม กล่าวคือ มีแหล่งอาหารสำคัญของพะยูน ได้แก่ หญ้าทะเลที่อุดมสมบูรณ์

🍒🫑Luk Chup (Thai Marzipan)

Luk Chup (Thai Marzipan) or Mung Bean Dessert is a Thai delicacy adapted from Portuguese marzipan that dates back to the 1600s. Instead of almonds used in marzipan, the main ingredient of Luk Chop is local mung beans. Mung beans, coconut milk, and sugar are mixed into a paste, from which Luk Chop is molded and painted with edible colors in miniature fruits and vegetable shapes, then dipped in agar to provide a shiny appearance.

🍒🫑 ลูกชุบ
ลูกชุบเป็นของหวานของไทยที่ประยุกต์จากขนมมาซิปันของโปรตุเกสตั้งแต่สมัยศตวรรษที่ 17 หรือ 400 กว่าปีที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งตรงกับสมัยอยุธยา ชาวไทยได้ประยุกต์จากต้นตำรับของโปรตุเกสจากเดิมที่ใช้ถั่วอัลมอนต์เป็นส่วนประกอบหลัก เป็นการใช้ถั่วเขียวซึ่งเป็นพืชท้องถิ่นแทน และใช้กวนกับกะทิและน้ำตาล จากนั้นปั้นเป็นรูปทรงต่าง ๆ ที่นิยมคือ รูปทรงผัก ผลไม้ไทย จากนั้นชุบด้วยสีที่รับประทานได้และเคลือบด้วยวุ้นให้มีความแวววาว

ดอกอันชัน Butterfly pea flower Derived from a plant that is common to most South East Asian countries. Mostly we use Butterfly pea flower to make tea, and in Thailand we use Butterfly pea flowers to give a nice color in rice or as you can see my Chor Muang (Thai Royal Dumplings)

ขนมถ้วย As you guys know and saw the other I made a classic Thai dessert call ‘Kanom Tuay’ has a sweet taste in contrast with a salty taste, made from rice flour, coconut milk, coconut sugar included salt and pandan. In Thailand, Kanom Tuay is well known across the country and is commonly eaten alongside boat noodles and sold at street shops.

Yesterday I have an opportunity to make this special dishes ห่อหมกทะเลย่าง - Hor Mok Talay, Thai homemade Red curry with Seafood mixed with rich coconut milk, eggs, lots of perfume from Thai herbs on charcoal grill in banana leaves, delivered to clients which I am very proud of making it in perfect level of spicy.
