Payment
Letters & Joy accepts credit cards through Paypal, and personal checks (items will not be shipped/handed in until check clears). You do not need to be a Paypal member or have an account to purchase with credit card through Paypal. Shipping
All the items on my page are custom orders, and will take 1 to 2 weeks to ship to you. Some items will be shipped sooner. Most items are all shipped USPS Priority mail. I will only ship to address on file with Etsy, no exceptions. Once I ship your package, I will send you a confirmation email with tracking number. Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied and absolutely love the item(s) I have made for you. If for any reason you aren't happy with an item, contact me within 24 hours of receiving your package and I will arrange a refund for purchase price minus shipping. After 14 days, all sales are final. Additional Policies and FAQs
Since all of the items are custom orders, I rely on written conversations through the inbox. This will be the way we communicate with each other to make sure that your special custom order is made exactly as you want.
