Our head chef Cathy Faña comes from Guayama P.R. where their specialty is making you an "Arroz con Guandules" and a "Lechon" and "pasteles".. and our assistant head chef comes from Samana Santo Domingo where they make the best "pescado con coco" and "Yaniqueque"..with those two backgrounds we'll give you the home cooked touch that you thought only your mom could have.
