I’m honored to have provided simultaneous 🎧 interpretation 🇺🇸🇵🇱 at today’s gala marking the 25th edition of the L’Oréal-UNESCO 🇺🇳 For Women in Science programme. This milestone event celebrates a quarter-century of honoring exceptional female researchers whose work advances knowledge, innovation, and gender equality in science. Moreover, the gala took place in the impressive Polish History Museum in Warsaw — a fitting reminder that the future history of Polish science will be shaped by laureates like those celebrated today.

Today I am honored to provide simultaneous 🎧 interpretation 🇬🇧🇵🇱 at the Senate of the Republic of Poland, the upper chamber of the Polish Parliament, which plays a key role in the legislative process, constitutional oversight, and international parliamentary cooperation. The Senate is also one of the few parliamentary chambers in Europe that regularly hosts open debates with experts and civil society as part of its public consultation mandate.

🏠 UEFA’s administrative home, the “House of European Football,” sits on the beautiful shores of 🌊 Lake Geneva. 🌍 The organisation brings together 55 national associations across Europe and plays a major role in shaping both 🏆 club and national-team competitions.

After a week spent interpreting a football training course, I have to say — I loved it! ⚽️
It is not often in our job that we get to spend so much time outdoors instead of in a booth or behind a screen.

And after interpreting during tournaments such as the World Cup in Qatar, the Women’s EURO 2025 in Switzerland, and EURO 2012 in Poland and Ukraine, this was yet another fantastic opportunity to dive into the unique language of football — full of passion, rhythm, and expressions that only make sense on the pitch.

Great to be back interpreting at the International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) in Kielce!
This year’s edition gathered 769 exhibitors from 34 countries and welcomed over 34,000 visitors, including 65 official delegations from 47 countries. A truly global platform for innovation, dialogue, and collaboration in the defence sector.

I’m thrilled to provide interpreting during press conferences of the Polish Women’s National Football Team 🇵🇱⚽ at UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 in Switzerland 🇨🇭⚽.

After interpreting at major tournaments like the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 🏆, the FIFA U-20 World Cup Poland 2019, and UEFA EURO 2012, this is yet another exciting step in my journey as a football fan.

Today, our team faces Sweden, followed by a match against Denmark on Saturday. Keeping my fingers crossed for our players in these crucial games! 🤞⚽

This year marks Poland’s debut in the UEFA Women’s EURO. The opening match against Germany gathered 2 million viewers in front of TV screens — a powerful sign of how much women’s football is growing in Poland.

I have the pleasure of interpreting at the National Stadium in Warsaw, during Poland’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
Back in 2011, during Poland’s previous Presidency, I was just starting my journey as an interpreter. A lot has changed since then — both for me and for Poland.
Poland has grown stronger, becoming one of the fastest-growing economies in the EU.
Grateful for all the experiences that led me here — and excited for what’s ahead!
