PEEQUAL is on a mission to turn women’s toilet queues into a thing of the past.

Our squat urinals are designed for women, trans women, and the AFAB community, and are 3x quicker to use than traditional portable toilets, giving people more time, less waiting, and more freedom at events.

This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating some of the incredible women helping shape and lead the live events industry!

From festivals and production to sustainability and event delivery, women across the sector are doing amazing work, driving innovation, raising standards, and making the live experiences we all love happen.

So much of this work happens behind the scenes, but its impact is felt by everyone involved.

👩‍💼 We had a training day with our 6 event leads, all training, prepping, and getting ready to deliver the ultimate Peequal experience!

🚛 Our incredible new event leads (Sophie & Summer) even did a trailer driving course this week!

🧼 Our urinals have had their squeaky clean wash ahead of upcoming events: Bath Half Marathon and Reading Half Marathon.

✨ AND… we got our first next-generation urinal delivered to the yard for the team to see!

We’re looking for On-Site Build & Break Crew to help bring Peequal’s award-winning women’s urinals to life across events this season. Expect hands-on work, teamwork, travel, and a lot of giant LEGO-style builds 🧱

✨ £15/hr + expenses
✨ Training, accommodation & catering provided
✨ Supporting our Event Leads to deliver smooth, safe builds & breaks

⚠️ Please note that this role is not onsite during live event days (unless combined with our Cleaning Crew role). If you’re interested in doing both, let us know in your application.

🗞The media LOVED our near £1m raise, plans to go global, and our next-gen urinals that are coming very soon!
🎤 We took to the stage on and spoke on BBC Women's Hour
🚗 We travelled (a lot)! From England to Germany, we showcased PEEQUAL's next-gen urinals at trade shows.
🛠️We even road-tripped to Poland to visit our manufacturers and see our NEW urinal come to life.
