Modern communication platform created for constructive dialogue between the legal community The event takes place annually in Warsaw in late May.

The First Legal Forum EU-Eastern Partnership is a modern communication platform created in 2022 as a new platform for constructive dialogue between law firm partners, heads of legal departments of companies and specialists in business development, marketing and promotion of legal services from Europe, the Eastern Partnership and Central Asia and the Caucasus.

🎤 A new expert perspective joins the Forum stage: Taras Lytovchenko, Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Trinetix, joins as a speaker

💬 Taras is an experienced legal and compliance executive with a strong international background in corporate law, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and M&A. He currently serves as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Trinetix, a global IT services company, where he leads legal and compliance functions, working extensively with regulations and standards like GDPR, ISO family, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, etc.

💬 Taras also serves as Chair of the Legal Committee of AI Ethics and Integrity International Association, where he contributes to the development of practical approaches to ethical AI use, accountability, and responsible technology governance.

💬 Taras holds a Master of Laws and an MBA, and is certified in data privacy (CIPP/E), AML (ACAMS), and ISMS auditing. His career includes advising global tech companies and private clients on corporate structuring, cross-border transactions, intellectual property and regulatory strategy across the U.S. and Europe.

🎤 The Forum welcomes a new voice to the discussion: Magdalena Soboń-Stasiak, Compliance officer, Senior Legal Counsel, ArcelorMittal Poland S.A, Poland joins as a speaker.

💬 Mrs. Magdalena hold certifications as a Certified Approved Compliance Officer from the University of Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder, Germany, as well as a Certified Compliance Expert from the Institute of Compliance. Furthermore, she is certified as an AML Officer at levels I and II by Langas Group. Mrs. Soboń-Stasiak is also an Executive legal MBA graduate and have authored publications on compliance matters. Graduated also Social Performance Foundations Program at the University of Queensland

💬 As a Compliance Officer, Mrs. Magdalena has had the privilege of sharing her expertise as a presenter and lecturer at national and international conferences and courses focusing on compliance. In recognition of her contributions to the field, she was honored as the Compliance Officer of the Year 2022 by the Institute of Compliance. She is a member of the Polish Association of Corporate Lawyers.

📣 V LEGAL FORUM EU-EASTERN PARTNERSHIP welcomes European Legal Tech Association (ELTA) as an information partner!

💬 The Association promotes science and research, as well as European and international communication in the legal technology field and its neighboring disciplines. With this in mind, they encourage a dialogue between legal technology users and developers.

💬 Their main objective is to strengthen legal technology (Legal Tech) at a European level. Their goal is to represent the interests of their members. The Association is actively involved in social and political debate in order to speak up for the concerns and interests of our members and to strengthen the position of legal technology in the European legal market.

💬 In so doing, they address topics that are relevant for the use and continuous development of legal technology, develop specific proposals, and advocates these vis-á-vis the political sphere, business, media and society.

🎤On the V Legal Forum EU-Eastern Partnership stage: Holger Zscheyge, Advisory Board member, ELTA as a speaker

💬 Holger works as an executive in legal and tax publishing since 1996. First for C.H. Beck (German legal publisher) and Wolters Kluwer (global provider of professional information, software solutions, and services), since 2009 for his own publishing company Infotropic Media.

💬 In 2015, he started to branch out into legal technology as a speaker, event organizer, expert and mentor. Holger is the co-organizer of legal technology and innovation events and a frequent speaker on legal tech and innovation at conferences in Europe and beyond. In 2017, he co-founded a local chapter of Legal Hackers and joined the European Legal Technology Association (ELTA), where he currently serves as member of the advisory board.

🙌 Holger is a member of the advisory board of the Global Legal Tech Hub, and serves as advisor to several legaltech companies.

The day in Warsaw will begin with a special workshop by Itzik Amiel, international speaker, business mentor, attorney-at-law, Founder & CEO of The Switch ™, and author of The Attention Switch.

The workshop will give Forum participants practical tools for business networking, business development, personal branding, client relationships, and building professional connections that can support long-term business growth.
