🍫🎃🍰 Craving a decadent dessert for fall? Try my scrumptious Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake! It's the perfect blend of rich chocolate and creamy pumpkin, making it a delightful treat for your taste buds. 🍂🍁
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish
Directions:
. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool.
. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Continue to beat until the mixture is well combined.
. Stir in the semisweet chocolate chips and pour the mixture over the crust.
. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set but slightly jiggly in the center.
. Turn off the oven, crack the oven door, and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for one hour.
. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, for best results.
. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
