AirTrace gives exhibition stands the kind of analytics websites have had for years.
Companies spend serious budgets on exhibiting - stand build, floor space, logistics, staff, content. Yet after the event, performance is often judged by a few familiar things: the number of leads, the team's impressions, and the organiser's overall attendance figures.
What actually happened at the stand itself usually stays a mystery.
How many people passed by? How many stepped inside? Where did they linger? How did they move through the space?
The organiser's attendance report won't tell you. A manual headcount gives you a number, but not much else. Cameras provide more data, but also bring questions around visible hardware and privacy.
AirTrace is our own system, built in-house at REX Lab. Small sensors are installed in the stand and track visitor flow throughout the event.
After the event, you can see:
- how many people passed by the stand
- how many stepped inside
- how long they stayed
- how they moved between different zones
For marketing teams, this adds another layer to evaluating exhibition performance. Instead of relying only on leads and impressions, you can see how visitors actually interacted with the space, compare different events, and use the data when planning the next project.
Physical space just hasn't had this kind of visibility until now.
