Imagine the horror when the rider sends you this picture halfway through the ride because the team placed the cake on the back seat!

I was in full panic mode. But over the years I’ve built connections with some amazing women entrepreneurs, one of them being Sara . From last minute cake requests to fixing up a botched she is so reliable ❤️

Within an hour we had the cake fixed.

And I have some of the most amazing clients. She was so patient and understanding throughout the whole process. When we completed the delivery she sent us positive feedback as well.

Everyday as a floral designer I hear things like:

“Ye tou hum khud bhi bana lete hain.” or “Sath wali shop sastay mai bana deti hai”

Sure.

The difference isn’t the flowers. It’s the eye, the balance, the proportions, the colour harmony, and the hundreds of tiny decisions that turn a bunch of products into a gift.

One basket is filled. The other is designed.

And that’s what you’re paying for.
